Chef Krešić started obtaining his experience during high school. In his career, he worked for some of the most prestigious hotels in Dubrovnik and prepared meals for many celebrities. He also worked in Zagreb, but his favourite thing is to be at home turf. He made specialities, anything from sushi to fine dining. His passion for food preparation always drives him to design new dishes that combine sophisticated and distinctive flavours, as well as vibrant plates.
Along with curiosity and creativity, there is always the desire to learn and acquire new skills. The gastronomic masterpieces of our chef are hard to describe, you simply have to try them.
Just like the rest of his team, he has spent his entire working life in catering and tourism, during which he also worked in famous hotels where he built his knowledge step by step and passed numerous positions that led him to the position of procurement manager, one of the key roles in every restaurant, as well as the manager of the restaurant mentioned above that received four consecutive recommendations from the renowned Michelin guide.
The trio consists of yet another member with a superior experience, who on his way passed the ladder all the way from waitress, being "food & beverage" manager, restaurant chef, all the way to getting the role of business manager of a prominent Dubrovnik restaurant. In addition to all this, it is worth mentioning the sommelier course of the second degree at the world's most prestigious wine school for education on wine and spirits, WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust).
Rudi's persistence, diligence and hunger for something opens new doors for him and provide the wind beneath his wings to launch the story of the Domižana restaurant.
